Basic Document:-

• • Minimum Six (06) Months Valid Passport with All previous passports.
    a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
    b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
    c) If any visa request was refused, details of the original letter issued by that country’s authorities would be preferred after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.
  • Photo Specification: Two recent photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80% face coverage, white background, and
    without border. 50 mm wide X 70 mm high (2 inches wide x 2- 3/4 inches long)and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm (1- 1/4 inches) and 36 mm (1- 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of the head (natural top of head). Clear, sharp, and in focus.
  • Covering Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. The cover letter will be addressed to – The Visa Officer, High Commission of Canada, Dhaka.
  • Personal Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months.
  • Bank Solvency Certificate
  • Invitation Letter. (If Any)

Visa Application Form for Canada:

An online visa application form must be filled with all the proper information. The form must be filled with block letters.

For Business Person:-

• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where the directors’ names are mentioned). (only for a company owner-director)
• Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
• Trade License Copy.
• Import & Export Certificate (if any)
• TIN Certificate
• Income Tax Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)

For Job Holder:-

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Salary Certificate.

Common Reasons for Visa Denial:-

These are some of the most common reasons why your visa application may be denied:

• Passport validity. Most countries will require you to have a valid passport with at least a three or six-month validity period. However, whether this period begins when you enter or depart the country depends on your travel destination.
• Passport blank pages. The number of required blank pages on your passport differs from country to country, but it is usually two to four pages. Blank pages are required so there is enough space to stamp your passport and visa.
• Vaccination requirements. Several countries in Africa ask you to have an international vaccination certificate; otherwise, you won’t be granted a visa.
• Criminal record. It’s almost impossible to obtain a visa with a criminal record; only a few select countries, i.e., the US, and Canada, will grant a waiver for your criminal record when you need a visa.

Inadequate health insurance coverage. In many countries, it is obligatory for all visitors to have travel health insurance coverage.
